A0001. Awareness Programs for "ISO Certification Projects" : These are 2 hour awareness programs which would answer your introductory questions such as "What exactly is ISO certification?" "How will it help our company", What kind of body is ISO? Brief History of ISO, The Consulting & Certification process, Commitments & Deliverable. These Programs each being 2 hours, will be either to Introduce the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, standards, etc....

A0002. K.Y.P.I.L = "Knowing Your Purpose In Life" Seminars : In Schools & Colleges today, we see more and more kids who don't really know what field to take up, neither their parents are sure which stream to put them. Kids are dumb founded when asked the question, "What are you gonna be 10 years later?". This 3 hours session touches upon the "7 Areas of Goals in Life - for balanced success", 7 steps to achieving Goals, and a career identification exercise. So also the highlight is an "On the Spot Skit". Entailed with group activity & exercises, this session is a High Energy session, definite to bring results.  

A0003. Training Programs on "Quality Control / Quality Assurance" : These are 1/2 day training programs on Technical topics on subjects of basic QC / QA techniques. From understanding "what is Quality" to "basic quality concepts", "Basic Measurement tools & techniques" , Introduction to Data analysis & statistical control, this session also covers basic concepts in manufacturing quality and is targets junior engineers as well as workmen in factories. It focuses on the fundamental that the better a workman understands quality, he/she would deliver better self manufacturing controls.     

A0004) Training Programs on "Factory Health & Safety in Manufacturing & Processing" : Occupational Health & Safety are very important as well as a most neglected area of the manufacturing industry. What management doesn't seem to understand is that, poor work techniques enhance worker fatigue, which in turn affects productivity. So also, we find many operators working for years in companies, with bad ergonomic techniques, thus increasing their health hazards in their old age. This program looks at the potential hazards that exists in a common factory, helps the workmen to understand health hazards, hazardous behaviors, and proper ergonomic work techniques, thus enhancing their life as well as personal productivity.  

A0005) Training Programs on "TEM Management" : Three common resources a human has is Time-Energy-Money. And three common attitudes a person can have are "Overhead it - Spend it - Invest it". TEM Management sessions are 3 hour sessions, packed with exercises, as well as free style high energy delivery which helps the participants to identify their "real enemies" in life's success, how to deal with them, overcome them and live Victoriously!! 

A0006) O-C-L-V Technique Seminars : Organizing Skills, Creativity, Life (Time) Management, Victory Living Attitude, these are what this 1 day workshop covers four specific skills required by any person to truly face this dying world, enhance these skills and win, either at their job, profession or business. 11 August 2012 : Open discussion & awareness Program on Work Safety & Discipline in IFB Industries Verna, Yesterday. Participants were contract laborers, Normally we find that employees of a company follow all the stipulated norms, but we face issues with "contract labor" who do not know an iota of "safe working", yesterday we spoke to 45 odd labors, operators, engineers as well as HOD's.

      07.03.2012 Conducted an awareness program on ISO Quality Management System

13 December 2012       Addressed 19 young budding entrepreneurs in CIBA, Agnel Polytechnic, Verna today as part of their Entrepreneurship Development Program, they loved it, and I loved being with them!! Investing in the future business leaders of Goa!!      

20 December 2012    On Saturday, addressed a set of 18 youth in Govt Polytechnic, Panjim, on "Public Speaking", three of whom have never spoken on a stage before in their life, finally even gave a short set from the stage!! Yes, Goa is hungry, i can see Goan youth are hungry for direction, but don't know where to go.....Lets do it together for a better Goa!!

8 January 2013   I just shared that at a small session on Entrepreneurship Development with around 40 final year students at Agnel Food Craft Institute, organised by CIBA in Verna, Goa...around 1/2 hour back! ENTREPRENEURSHIP : A BRIEF INTRODUCTION : The true meaning of "entrepreneurship" is freedom. You are free to come to work, or free to decide to stay home, you can freely decide to go on a holiday!! or freely decide to stay with your family. But remember!! At the end of the month, you also hav e those bills to pay, those salaries to clear, those suppliers to clear!! So also at a job, you are sure of your salary at the end of the month!! Whereas at "entrepreneurship" you may not know where your next sale is coming from! BUT, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, its exciting!!
